Money must be paid before we start the testing Service.

Most certification programs can be completed in 10 business days (2 weeks). Refer to our company policy, 20 business days (4 weeks) are considered to be acceptable completion schedule. In case we fail to complete all tests within the above timeframe, your payment will be refunded in either ways below (unless a new agreement is made):

1. Full payment will be refunded if no test is taken and posted on the official site of the certification issuer.

2. Partial payment will be refunded if one or more tests are taken and posted on the official site.
